I hold a level 4 diploma in holistic massage delivered through the Massage Training Institute.
Holistic massage offers a person centred approach, which means that your massage is created
uniquely for you.
I offer a range of pressures and techniques which vary from light, nurturing and relaxing
to deep tissue work and trigger point therapy with passive joint mobilisation.
Modern life throws challenges at us and we can sometimes feel a little out of balance.
